Crochet Basics
This section of the web site is dedicated specifically to teaching others the little I know about crochet. I often remember that first time I held a crochet hook in my own hand. I was in my early twenties, on vacation with my cousin's wife, Katy, her children, and her friend Diane. Katy and Diane took out their crochet hooks. Before I knew it, I had a hook in my own hand and I'll always be grateful Katy took the time to share her knowledge of crochet with me. It's been a tremendous blessing in my life. Teachers, please do not use these tutorials in your classes without specific permission. I have pdf files available for teachers at a charge of $1 per file. I will be revising these during 2008-9. At last count there were about 76 tutorials and I add more as time allows and inspiration hits. Please note that the basic stitches
